Welcome to our Lodge
When you arrive you may be welcomed by either of these two baby Iguanas that like to sun themselves in the bougainvillea by the front door. If they are not on duty, you will certainly be welcomed by one of the staff who all speak three languages: Creole, English, and most of all, — Hospitality.

For more than 14 years, we have been honored to serve bird watchers and nature lovers who have come to visit the Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary from as far away as the United States, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, England, Wales, Scotland, France, Germany, Austria, Holland, Venezuela, and South Africa! Our family run lodge is a haven for bird and nature enthusiasts. Located on the shores of the Crooked Tree Lagoon, we offer you not only good birding, but the comfort of a cozy lodge with all the amenities you would want,

Or just hang out behind the Lodge and see exotic birds like these.

We offer an escape from your world to our exotic world of bird sightings, morning sunrises over the lagoon, fishing. nature trails, the cashew festival, horseback riding, crocodile safaris on the lagoon. Finish your day star gazing from our patio deck at night to round the day off.

Then, as dawn breaks you'll find the early rising fisherman is already out there and so are the birds. It's time to start a new day of adventure at the Bird's Eye View Lodge.

Dining

Our dining room is the pride of Chef Stephanie. She offers our guests a wide selection of mouth-watering breakfasts, dinners, and lunches that have earned her fans from all over the world. Click here for a menu of her selections and here for comments.

Accommodations

All our 20 comfortable rooms have been completely renovated and re-furbished. All have ceiling fans and private bathrooms with plenty of hot water for showers.

• If your memory cards are full, we'll download your photos, burn
them onto a CD or DVD. Then erase your cards and start over.
• TV with CNN and a selection of channels in the Guest Lounge

Transportation

We will be happy to pick you up at the Airport, Belize City, Lamanai, or other points.
